Visual Puns and Beautiful Designs
On exhibit at Central Library, July 2014
David Jenkins’ paper cutting started as an artistic outlet during his 30 year career with the federal government.
Now retired, he continues to find this intricate art form to be relaxing, despite it being compared to “doing brain surgery on paper.” Over the past 15 years, he has sold more than 2,000 original pieces, including numerous special commissions. Dave is a member of the Guild of American Papercutters (GAP), for which he serves as Treasurer.
