Dr. Carolyn Gilman, senior exhibit developer for the National Museum of the American Indian, will discuss her seven-year search for artifacts to include in the Smithsonian’s acclaimed “Lewis and Clark: The National Bicentennial Exhibit.”
Gilman is author of “Lewis and Clark: Across the Divide” and other books and articles on the American West.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Presented in partnership with the Lewis and Clark National Capital Chapter, the local organization for the Lewis and Clark Heritage Trail Foundation.
