Hemant Patel Creates a Garden

Do you ever wonder who is behind the beautiful Papillon Parc on the Pike?

We owe our gratitude to Mr. Hemant Patel. He works for Arlington County in the Division of Environmental Services, but also provides his volunteer services almost daily at the Columbia Pike Branch Library.

Our teen interns recently interviewed Mr. Patel as he worked in the garden:
