This Spring, the Cherrydale Branch Library will display a photo exhibit by a young Arlingtonian photographer, Vikram.
Vikram is an elementary school student in Arlington, and recently traveled to South Africa and Botswana, on a family trip for his grandfather’s 70th birthday. While there, he visited the Mala Mala Private Game Reserve and the Mashuta Game Reserve, where he saw – and photographed – hundreds of elephants, cheetahs, hyenas, crocodiles, leopards, lions, rhinoceroses, giraffes, zebras and many other animals.
In addition to traveling and photography, Vikram enjoys playing sports and has a Red Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Vikram’s photos will be on display at Cherrydale from Wednesday, April 6 – Friday, July 1.
