Beginning Wednesday, May 25, the Arlington office of Virginia Cooperative Extension will offer a free five-session course on investing. Classes will be held on consecutive Wednesday evenings at the Central Library 2nd floor Meeting Room, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

- June 1 – Investing in Stocks
- June 8 – Investing in Bonds
- June 15 – Investing in Mutual Funds
- June 22 – Tax-Deferred Investments

This course is ideal for anyone new to investing, or who wants to gain information on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and tax-deferred investments. The class will be taught by Certified Financial Planners who are experts on investment topics and who pledge not to sell their specific products or services during the classes.
