Lieve de Wulf – Ceramics
On display at the Central Library, October 2012
I am fascinated and challenged by the infinite possibilities created through the combination of earth, water and fire. This determined my choice to work with clay. It is a choice to search. Through simple clean traditional forms I strive to create vessels that are pleasant to use, enjoyable to touch and hold, and satisfying to look at. The majority of vases, platters and bowls are turned on the wheel. Often they are altered and or decorated with free hand designs and carvings. www.etsy.com/people/ceramicsart
