Holds don’t seem to be working on the website either. I’m getting an error “Your hold could not be placed. tooManyHoldsForThisRecord” for every book I try.
Laurel, usually that is the message that appears when you have already placed a hold on the same title. Can you refresh your account and check to see whether those items have holds placed already? If that is not what is happening, contact us by phone, text or chat tomorrow.
I am also unable to place holds on the website: I get the message “Your hold could not be placed. libraryNotPickupLocation.” Yesterday I was able to place a couple, then the ability was cut off.
