Make an Appointment – Tech Help

Fill out this form if you need Tech Help Assistance. Staff will contact you within 36 business hours to assist you or to set up an appointment to meet with you. 

Library tech assistants can provide one-on-one assistance with:

  • Basic computer tasks
  • General assistance with smartphones
  • Troubleshooting an issue on your personal device
  • Downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks
  • Creating email accounts
  • Getting started with social media such as Facebook or Instagram

Library tech assistants cannot provide assistance with:

  • Computer viruses
  • Performance issues
  • Hardware maintenance
  • Filling out online forms
