Adult Pilates – Wednesday, March 5, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. / Saturday, March 22, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Participants are invited to try out an entry level adult pilates class. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you. We will have a few on hand if you do not own one. Taught by instructors from My Thrive Pilates.
Adult Vinyasa Yoga – Sunday, March 16, and Sunday, March 30, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
This adult all-level Vinyasa flow class focuses on flowing from yogic pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. This class aims to build endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, while calming the mind. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you. We will have a few on hand if you do not own one. Taught by yoga teacher Beth Wolfe.
Zumba Kids – Sunday, March 16, ages 4-6, 2:30-3:00 p.m. / ages 7-11, 3:00-3:30 p.m.
Kids are invited to try out a free Zumba class, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. This class will be taught by taught by Karmina Perodeau, Zin™, from the Energy Club in Shirlington.
Meditation: Healthy Living for Physical and Spiritual Health – Wednesday, March 19, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Speaker Karin Silverman will talk about the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle and introduce simple meditation techniques.
This event is free and open to the public, no registration required.
Kids Yoga for Ages 6-12

Listen to and engage with author, professor, and educational non-profit founder S. L. Young. This session will cover the important topic of “belief”, along with the reasons that “belief” is a powerful component of success.

Outdoor Family Zumba – April 6, 3:00 – 3:45 p.m.
Families are invited to join in a fun entry level Zumba class. This class will be taught by taught by Karmina Perodeau, Zin™, from the Energy Club in Shirlington.
