Launching Unlimited Audiobooks with Blackstone Unlimited

Introducing Blackstone Unlimited. Over 6,500 always-available downloadable audiobooks!

Blackstone Unlimited is now available to Arlington Public Library patrons—providing free, unlimited access to thousands of downloadable audiobooks with your library card.

Best of all, there are no holds, no waitlists and no checkout limits. If a title is available in the platform's collection, you can start listening right away for as long as you would like.

How to Get Started

Getting started with Blackstone Unlimited is quick and easy. We recommend creating your account through a web browser first, then signing into the mobile app.

Create Your Account on the Web

  1. Visit Blackstone Unlimited's website.
  2. Click Login in the upper-right corner.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for a one-time passcode and enter it to complete the sign-in process.
  5. The first time you log in, you'll be asked to select Arlington Public Library (VA) and enter your library card number and PIN.
  6. Once your account is verified, you're ready to browse, borrow and listen to audiobooks instantly.

Listen on Your Mobile Device

After creating your account, download the free Blackstone Unlimited app and sign in using the same email address you used during registration.

  1. Blackstone Unlimited App for iOS devices on the App Store
  2. Blackstone Unlimited App for Android on Google Play

Once you've installed the app:

  1. Open the app and select Login.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Retrieve the one-time passcode sent to your email and enter it.
  4. Start exploring and listening to audiobooks anytime, anywhere.

Libby Isn't Going Anywhere

Already a Libby user? Don't worry, our Libby audiobook collection is not going away. Blackstone Unlimited is an additional audiobook service to give you even more listening options alongside Libby.

You can continue borrowing audiobooks through Libby as you always have, while also taking advantage of Blackstone Unlimited's collection of always-available titles.
