Due to the severe winter weather, all Arlington Public Library locations will open on a two hour delay on Thursday, January 4.

• Plaza Branch Library will open at 10 a.m.
• All other locations will open at 12 p.m.

Please note: When Arlington County Schools are closed due to bad weather, Youth Services programs are also canceled.
