Some complex holds (such as a certain part of a multi-part DVD set or serial publication like travel guides) must be placed in the web view rather than the app. If you attempt to place a hold on this type of item the app will direct you to try again in the web view.
Any user can authorize you to add their library account to your app by providing you their library card number and PIN. This account will remain connected to your app you delete it, the account is closed or until the credentials change.
