My Checkouts and Returns
An item I have checked out has become damaged
Please return the item to a library service desk so we can evaluate the damage. Replacement costs may be billed for damaged items.
An item I have checked out has become lost
Please call Central Circulation (703-228-5940) to report a lost item. We may be able to renew the item while you continue to look for it. Replacement costs are billed for lost items, and fees for lost items will not be reimbursed if those items are later recovered. The Library cannot accept replacement copies of lost items in lieu of fees.
I returned an item, but still have part of it at home (CD, DVD, Kit, etc)
Please return the missing parts promptly to the same library location where you returned the rest of the set.

It can take library staff two business days to check-in returned materials (longer on weekends and after holidays). Please wait two business days, and check your account again.If you still see a discrepancy after two business days, please use this form to tell us which items you returned and we’ll update your account
