These issues are resolved in the latest version of the app 3.0.6, available the week of August 4, 2026. Please update your device and verify you are on the latest version before submitting the form below.
Version 3.0.6 - All Platforms
- There is a problem with checking out eContent titles on hold from the "Holds Ready" section of My Account > Holds. Checking out eContent titles which are available now from the catalog search results screen works normally. We are aware of this problem and working on a solution. In the meantime, Library App users may check out their "Holds Ready" eContent titles from the OverDrive Libby App or the mobile device friendly Library Catalog Website.
Version 3.0.6 - Apple
- Some users on some iPads have reported problems with the layout of certain screens when using their device in landscape orientation. We are aware of this problem and working on a solution. In the meantime, Library App users on tablets are encouraged to use the app with their device in portrait mode.
- Some iPhone users have reported a problem on the "Add Account" screen where the keyboard will not dismiss when you tap away from it. We have found the "Enter" button does work to dismiss the keyboard, so users should be able to fill in the form with their account information and use the "Enter" button on the keyboard to submit and log in.
